Listening Party is an event series showcasing innovative audio documentaries and sound art, curated by Sarah Kate Kramer and Mitra Kaboli. We are creating a space to gather as a community and celebrate the art of audio. Our selections range from pioneering early radio work to new artists who are pushing the boundaries of the sonic medium.
Most of our events are hosted in New York City at The Firehouse, DCTV’s Cinema for Documentary Film. Past events include “Long Distance,” and “Altered States.”
